Return & Refund Policy
Cape Cod Collection, Inc. employs a made-to-order business model. That means we don’t hold any inventory, and we work with production partners to produce our merchandise as needed.
As our customers place orders with us, our production partners get to work to produce the items ordered.
We offer this quality guarantee: You can expect to receive your item(s) quickly and without defects. If your item does arrive damaged or with a print defect, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit, and must be in the same condition you received it (unused/unworn) and with tags (if applicable). Returns that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted, refunded or sent back.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping unless the product they received was damaged or defective.
Items from the sale section of our website and/or marked sale or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you received a damaged item, please use the returns portal below and select that as the reason for returning. Note that you will be required to upload a photo of the damaged item. Complete the return submission process and choose refund, exchange, or store credit within the portal and a team member will review the request and be in touch promptly to resolve the issue. If approved, shipping and handling fees will be waived.
